210 – 240 CAMBRIDGE SCIENCE PARK

Brockton Everlast will shortly be submitting a planning application for the transformation of 210 – 240 Cambridge Science Park.

The pages here explain our detailed plans for the site, and we hope the images and plans will give you a feel for what the site will be like.

Our proposals present an opportunity to create world-leading science, technology and innovation buildings and a public realm that inspires, connects and creates opportunities for local people and businesses.

The submission of a planning application is just the start, with lots of work still to be done to deliver wide ranging benefits for local people – including more jobs in the neighbourhood, new amenities, improved public transport connections and most of all a more inclusive and open future for Cambridge Science Park.

COLLABORATION & COMMUNITY

As long-term investors in the community, we are committed to working with local partners to give back to the neighbourhoods that we invest in.

We believe our plans for the site can unlock opportunities for everyone and support a more inclusive future for Cambridge Science Park.

From creating new jobs and educational opportunities for local schools to providing new green space for people to visit and enjoy.
