Planning permission for The Fenway was approved in October 2025.

Since then, a number of potential occupiers have shown interest in the project, and their feedback has helped us refine the plans. As a result, we are proposing changes to ensure the development continues to provide high-quality, flexible workspaces that meet current market needs.

We have also acquired Plot 280 at Cambridge Science Park, a two-storey above-ground car park located a two-minute walk from The Fenway development.
