Planning permission for The Fenway was approved in October 2025.

Since then, a number of potential occupiers have shown interest in the project, and their feedback has helped us refine the plans. As a result, we are proposing changes to ensure the development continues to provide high-quality, flexible workspaces that meet current market needs.

We have also acquired 280 Cambridge Science Park, a two-storey above-ground car park located a two-minute walk from The Fenway development.

We held a public consultation event on 13th July 2026 at The Bradfield Centre. Thank you to everyone who attended and provided feedback.

The deadline for feedback has now passed. We are reviewing all feedback received from the community, including residents, councillors and other stakeholder groups, and continuing to refine our proposals ahead of submitting two separate planning applications later in the year.
