We are delighted that, following this collaborative planning process, the Joint Development Control Committee resolved to grant planning permission in October 2025. This marks an important step forward for the project and reflects the positive input we have received throughout the consultation.

Our approach has been shaped by extensive consultation with local residents, stakeholders and the local authority. We have listened carefully to feedback at every stage, and the proposals have evolved in response.
